Garden Date and Style: Eightteenth Century
The formal garden laid out by William Adam in the early Eightteenth Century was softened somewhat in the latter half of the Century by the 6th Duke, who also added a large walled garden. There is also a modern woodland and Millenium garden, as well as a nursery selling plants grown on the estate.
